Minor fraying or wrinkling is inherent to ribbon materials and does not constitute a defect.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Order Changes

Order modifications or cancellations may be accepted before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping delays, loss, or damage during transit are subject to the shipping carrier’s policies. We will assist with reasonable inquiries where possible.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Incorrect Address / Refusal

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
