NKC RIBBONS JP is the Japan-based store of NKC RIBBONS, a family-owned small business based in Brentwood, California. Our US partner is run by a family dedicated to creating unique ribbons inspired by nature, culture, and celebration. Our Japan shop opened in February 2026 to serve customers in Japan and internationally.

From Japan, we ship not only domestically but also to Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, making our collection accessible to creators around the world.

Our Ribbons

All NKC ribbons are carefully selected by our California partner to ensure the highest quality, color, and design. Each ribbon is chosen with great attention to detail, resulting in a collection that is trusted and loved by many lei makers and creators.

From ombré and fade designs to nature-inspired patterns like Ti Leaf and Song of India, our ribbons are created to bring depth, beauty, and meaning to every piece.

For customers in the United States, we recommend ordering through our US partner for faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

This Japan store is also designed for international customers, and we introduced Shopify to create a smoother and more accessible purchasing experience.

Japan Exclusive

In Japan, we offer exclusive starter sets (mini rolls) designed for those who want to explore our ribbons before committing to full rolls. These smaller formats are unique to our Japan store.

Our Story

Before starting this journey, I was not familiar with ribbon lei culture. However, after discovering the beauty of leis and connecting with lei makers, I became deeply inspired by the meaning behind each piece.

Leis are not just decorations — they are expressions of love, connection, and celebration. Many creators make them for someone special, and hearing their stories has been truly meaningful.

I feel grateful to be part of this community and hope to support those who create and share these beautiful pieces.
