Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that we are closed on irregular holidays, which may affect processing times.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volumes.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

We ship within Japan via Yamato Transport or Japan Post.

Domestic shipping is free of charge.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Japan Post using the following services:

  • Standard Shipping (International e-Packet / Small Packet) — Approx. 1–3 weeks
  • Expedited Shipping (EMS) — Approx. 4–12 business days

Available shipping destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Issues

If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with tracking, investigation requests, and insurance claims where applicable.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
