Starter Sets are curated combinations selected by NKC RIBBONS JP, designed to let you try multiple ribbons without purchasing a full 100yd roll of each one and to offer color-pairing inspiration.

Each ribbon in our current Starter Sets is 10 m long. Where a ribbon is also available as a 100yd roll, you can purchase it separately from its product page.

Exact specifications are also shown on each product page.

Some 100yd rolls may contain one or more joins as part of the manufacturing process. A join by itself is not considered a defect.

We do our best to photograph products so the colors appear as close to the actual ribbons as possible. However, colors may look different depending on lighting, screen settings, and individual perception.

Because these are imported textile products, minor manufacturing variations may occur. Depending on the production lot, you may see slight print alignment differences, small variations in the edge color, minor waviness, or occasional small print irregularities. Edge-color differences within a similar color family are generally considered within specification.

If the edge color is clearly unrelated to the intended design, or if there is a continuous printing defect or other issue of approximately 1 m or more, please contact us so we can review it.

With limited exceptions, we do not currently sell individual ribbons in 10 m cuts.

If a ribbon included in a Starter Set is also available as a 100yd roll, you can purchase it separately from its product page.

Orders can be changed or canceled before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the items, quantity, or shipping address.

If you would like to add items and your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to add them without an additional shipping charge.

We may combine multiple orders for the same customer if they have not yet been shipped. If you would like us to check whether your orders can be combined, please contact us as soon as possible.

For international orders, shipping charges are not refunded when orders are combined, as the final package size, weight, and shipping cost may change depending on the additional items.

Sale items, clearance items, and seconds or irregular items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

If you receive the wrong item or an item with a clear defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for orders within Japan, or within 14 days for international orders. Please include clear photos showing the condition of the item.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product defect, we will arrange an exchange or refund. For international orders, a refund is generally our standard resolution.

Damage that occurred during shipping may require a carrier investigation. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Custom logo ribbons are available by inquiry and quotation. The current minimum order quantity is 500yd (five 100yd rolls).

After reviewing your design and order requirements, we will provide a quotation and payment instructions.

Production is generally about one month after final design approval and payment, and may take longer depending on the specifications. Please contact us before ordering.
