Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (domestic Japan) or 14 days of delivery (international orders).
Please include photos clearly showing the issue when contacting us.

If the error or damage is due to our fault, return shipping costs will be covered by us. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that for international orders, refunds are the standard resolution.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays, loss, or damage caused during transit are subject to the shipping carrier’s investigation and policies.
If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with tracking, investigation requests, and insurance claim procedures where applicable.
Please note that refunds or other resolutions for shipping issues will be considered based on the carrier’s investigation results and coverage eligibility.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference.
Please note that minor fraying or wrinkling is inherent to ribbon materials and is not considered a defect or damage.
Sale & Special Items
Items sold as sale, clearance, or special/irregular products are offered at a reduced price with their condition reflected in the listing. All such items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
