Intellectual Property Protection & Anti-Copying Agreement
Please review before purchasing, requesting samples, or using NKC Ribbons designs.

All ribbon designs, artwork, graphics, patterns, ombré layouts, gradients, color combinations, leaf patterns, printed layouts, custom artwork, mockups, samples, and digital files created, displayed, manufactured, or sold by NKC Ribbons are the exclusive intellectual property of NKC Ribbons.

These designs are protected under applicable copyright, trade dress, and intellectual property laws, whether or not they are formally registered.

Buyer shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, duplicate, imitate, recreate, reproduce, trace, scan, redraw, photograph, manufacture, reverse engineer, or replicate any NKC Ribbons design;
• Create derivative works or substantially similar designs based on NKC Ribbons products;
• Modify colors, orientation, sizing, spacing, gradients, or design elements for the purpose of avoiding infringement claims;
• Submit NKC Ribbons designs, photos, samples, or mockups to another ribbon manufacturer, printer, supplier, designer, or production facility for duplication;
• Use NKC Ribbons products or samples as references for reproduction or competing commercial use.

Any substantially similar recreation of NKC Ribbons designs may be considered intentional infringement.

Purchase of NKC Ribbons products does not transfer ownership, reproduction rights, licensing rights, manufacturing rights, or resale production rights to the Buyer.

Buyer is purchasing a finished product only.

No customer, business, or organization may commercially reproduce or manufacture any NKC Ribbons design without prior written authorization from NKC Ribbons.

Certain NKC Ribbons designs, layouts, gradients, and manufacturing specifications are proprietary and confidential trade assets.

Buyer agrees not to disclose, share, distribute, or provide NKC Ribbons designs, files, mockups, or samples to competing businesses or manufacturers.

NKC Ribbons actively monitors marketplaces, social media platforms, websites, manufacturers, and online listings for unauthorized copies or reproductions of its designs.

Evidence of infringement may include, but is not limited to:

• Similar layouts or arrangements
• Matching gradients or color placement
• Similar pattern structures
• Reproduced artwork elements
• Modified versions derived from NKC Ribbons designs

NKC Ribbons reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized use, reproduction, or infringement.

In the event of infringement, unauthorized reproduction, or misuse of NKC Ribbons intellectual property, NKC Ribbons reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies, including but not limited to:

• Cease and desist demands
• Copyright infringement claims
• Trade dress claims
• Injunctive relief
• Monetary damages
• Recovery of lost profits
• Attorney’s fees and legal costs
• Termination of wholesale or purchasing privileges

The specific legal remedies available may vary depending on the applicable jurisdiction.

Buyer acknowledges that unauthorized copying or reproduction of NKC Ribbons designs may cause financial harm and damage to NKC Ribbons’ business reputation, brand identity, and market position.

Buyer further acknowledges that attempts to alter colors, resize elements, or make minor modifications to copied designs do not eliminate infringement liability.

By purchasing from NKC Ribbons, placing an order, requesting samples, downloading images, accessing our website, or continuing to use our products or services, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
