Additional shipping fees may apply for bulk orders or oversized packages (equivalent to 180–200 size), depending on your delivery region.

This may particularly affect Okinawa and remote islands. If your order may fall into this category, please contact us in advance.

If multiple trial sets are ordered, we may ship them in separate packages depending on size and contents. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

Orders can be canceled before shipment.

We are unable to accept cancellations after shipment.

As these are imported products, the cardboard edges on the sides of ribbon rolls may sometimes be bent. We do our best to provide items in good condition, but please understand that minor imperfections may occur.

We do not accept returns for used items.
